  • Salt in jars or container
  • Adding perseveritives.

Checking how cooking affects the ingredients

Sherbet

  • 1/4 c icing sugar
  • 1 tea spoon raro
  • 1/4 tea spoon citric acid
  • 1/4 tea spoon tartaric acid
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.

What I think about the sherbet

I thought it was delious and  it tasted like popping candy.
